When Trademark Property Management Group opened its doors in February of this year, the Fort Collins property management company did so with one goal in mind: To provide the Northern Colorado industry with unrivaled, results-driven property management services.

Rand is the co-founder of the company along with John Stamatakos, who serves as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Trademark Property Management Group. Though the company has been open less than a year, Rand and Stamatakos collectively bring over 40 years of property management experience to the table.

“The experience we have and the relationships we have cultivated in the Northern Colorado community have really allowed us to hit the ground running with Trademark,” Rand said. “We’re off to a really great start and bigger and better things will continue to be on the horizon for us here.”
